    Shipping & Delivery

    After placing your order, look for an email in your inbox from Country Club Prep indicating that your order has been shipped.  Domestic ground shipping is FREE on all orders for all members.  Expedited shipping is available at full carrier price.

    The vast majority of orders will arrive between three to five business days after your order is placed.  In some cases, however, your order may take up to nine business days to arrive.  DON’T PANIC. We want you to have your products in your hands as badly as you do and therefore we will endeavor to ship them as quickly as possible.

    For domestic ground shipping, we ship via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail.  After placing your order, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation number via email.  A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number; however, information about the progress of your shipment may not be updated contemporaneously with the status of your shipment, and sometimes may indicate that your package has been delivered before its actual arrival.  Rest assured that we, too, are tracking your order and will ensure its timely delivery.

    We do not provide free shipping on international orders.  We ship all international orders via USPS and charge you accordingly based on what the USPS charges us for your initial outbound shipment. Unfortunately, our carriers don't let us pay for return shipping on international returns, but if you make an exchange, we'll gladly ship your exchange back to you at no cost.

    Returns & Replacements

    We accept returns up to 21 days after original purchase date for a full refund.  We accept returns up to 60 days after original purchase date for store credit or exchange.  Please return all items in their original condition to 2580 Northside Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30305 and allow 11-14 days for money to be refunded.  If you are a member, returns are free.  Simply email returns (at) countryclubprep (dot) com, and we will send you an electronic shipping label for your package.  If you are not yet eligible for free shipping and returns, please email the returns address and send the package to the physical address listed above.

    All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.  If the item was purchased for final sale, we are unable to accept it.  We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange so long as it is returned within 60 days.

    If you used a promotion code for your purchase, you can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color, or you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price.  A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
