Shipping & Delivery

After placing your order, look for an email in your inbox from Country Club Prep indicating that your order has been shipped.  Domestic ground shipping is FREE on all orders.  Expedited shipping is available at full carrier price.

The vast majority of orders will arrive between three to five business days after your order is placed.  In some cases, however, your order may take up to nine business days to arrive.  DON’T PANIC. We want you to have your products in your hands as badly as you do and therefore we will endeavor to ship them as quickly as possible.

For domestic ground shipping, we ship via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail.  After placing your order, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation number via email.  A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number; however, information about the progress of your shipment may not be updated contemporaneously with the status of your shipment, and sometimes may indicate that your package has been delivered before its actual arrival.  Rest assured that we, too, are tracking your order and will ensure its timely delivery.

We do not provide free shipping on international orders.  We ship all international orders via USPS and charge you accordingly based on what the USPS charges us for your initial outbound shipment. Unfortunately, our carriers don't let us pay for return shipping on international returns, but if you make an exchange, we'll gladly ship your exchange back to you at no cost.

IMPORTANT:

Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.

All returned items must meet the Return Deadlines listed below.

Items received by our Return Department that do not meet the criteria listed on the Return Slip will not accepted or processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Country Club Prep will pay once to ship an exchanged item back to customer.

RETURN DEADLINES

Cancellation: Orders that are cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 1.5% transaction fee assessed at the time of cancellation.

Refunds: Items must be received within 45 days of the original order date. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment only. Please allow 2 weeks after your return is processed for the refund to show in your bank account. Shipping fees are not refundable. If original form of payment is unavailable, a CCP Store Credit will be issued.

Exchanges: Items must be received within 60 days of the original order date. All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value.

CCP Store Credit: Items much be received within 90 days of the original order date.

(Please note that returns will not be processed without proof of delivery. We recommend asking your mail carrier for a tracking number)

Defective & Incorrectly shipped items:

Country Club Prep must be notified of any defective items prior to the return of such items and within 12 days of the mail delivery date.  Notifications must be in the form of email to customerservice@countryclubprep.comidentifying the defect and the need of a return or exchange. All defective items must be unworn and unwashed. Any defective, worn, or used item received by our Return Department without prior approval will not be processed or accepted. No exceptions will be made.

For incorrectly shipped items, please email returns@countryclubprep identifying the incorrectly shipped item and the item you did not receive.

If you used a promotion code for your purchase, you can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color, or you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price.  A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
