    HELP! My password isn't working, and I can't seem to reset it via the password reset option!

    Shipping is FAST and FREE.
    Q) Why isn’t my shipping free?

    A) It is! Mostly. USPS first class shipping is free. Same is true for priority shipping if you spend $100+.

    Q) I have sufficient funds in my account so why is my card being denied?

    A) While there are a number of reasons why your credit card may be denied, below are the three most common.
    1. Most likely, your card is being denied due to an AVS error (Address Verification System). This usually means the credit card processor declined the transaction because the billing address provided does not match the billing address associated with the card. If your card is denied due to an AVS error, although the charge was declined and Country Club Prep did not collect the funds, your bank may place a temporary pending hold on the funds. These pending charges usually disappear between 7-10 days
    2. Another reason your card may be denied is if your credit card is issued outside of the United States. Due to AVS, all orders placed on Country Club Prep's website must be purchased with a credit card issued inside the United States. Again, depending on your bank, a temporary pending charge may be placed if you card is denied due to an international address. 
    3. Another possibility is that your card has been flagged by either your bank or the processing company. A card can be flagged for a number of reasons but it is most commonly due to entering the billing address incorrectly too many times on a website or there is an open investigation evolving your card and a past suspicious charge. For more information, you will need to contact your bank directly. 
    If you attempted to place an order and you did not receive a confirmation order number and you are not sure if it was successful, just email us at: customerservice@countryclubprep.com. Just be sure to include the first and last name the order was placed under, the last 4 digits of the credit card, and the email address used! 

    Q) Where’s my stuff?

    A) In the mail.
    Not accepting that one, eh? Orders placed before 4pm EST will ship THAT DAY...for the most part (weekends, and holidays are excluded)! There also may be a delay if we are holding a large sale. The vast majority of orders will arrive between 3-5 business days after your order was placed, although it may take longer to reach some locations. We ship from Atlanta, Georgia, so generally it will take less time for your items to arrive the closer your shipping location is to Atlanta. It also will take less time to ship to major cities rather than to your hunting cabin in southeast Montana. To track your order, simply use the Delivery Confirmation number that was emailed to you following your order. For more details, see our complete Shipping Policy.

    Q) Does CCP deliver on Saturdays and to foreign countries (like Canada? that's still foreign, right?)?

    A) As long as your local Post Office delivers on Saturdays, then we do! While we love our foreign preppy friends, due to the number of orders lost in the mail we were forced to remove international shipping. 

    Q) How can I track my package?

    A) To track your order, simply use the USPS issued Tracking number provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email that is sent the moment your order ships.  For more details see our complete shipping policy located by clicking the tab located at the bottom of our website under: Shipping Policy

    Q) Why isn't there tracking information for my order?

    A) If you don't see the Shipping Confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. If you receive the tracking number and it states the order is "NOT FOUND", this just means the PO has not scanned your package individually. It should update in 12 hours. If the estimated delivery date has passed and your order is still in transit, give it a week. If you do not receive it by then or the tracking as still not updated after a week, let us know. If the tracking states you order was delivered but you have not receive it, please see our Shipping Policy for further instructions. If you’re still concerned, please let us know by reaching out to us at customerservice[at]countryclubprep[dot]com.

    Cancelling My Order:
    Q) I was drunk when I ordered this last night. How do I cancel my order?

    A) If your order hasn't shipped, you can cancel the order by emailing us at customerservice[at]countryclubprep[dot]com. Please have the subject of this email read “Cancel Order # [and include your order number].” If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to modify the shipping process, and you'll need to refuse delivery or initiate a return when the item arrives. 

    Q) I was sober last night, but I nonetheless want to cancel my order – how do I do so?

    A) See above. It doesn’t matter to us if you were sober or drunk, your happiness today is all that matters.

    I’ve got a problem with my order:

    Q) Can I buy two shirts and just keep the one that fits better?

    A) Sure, as long as the item is not a sale item! Please note that if you paid for shipping to begin with, though, your shipping will not be refunded.

    Q) What can I return?

    A) You may return MOST new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by CCP within 21 days of delivery for a full refund, 30 days for an exchange, and 60 days for a store credit. For more details see our Return Policy located by clicking the Return Policy tab listed at the bottom of our website.

    Q) I return sale items? Not even an exchange? That doesn't seem fair!

    A) Haven't you heard, life isn't fair! JUST KIDDING! The real reason is simply due to economics. In order for Country Club Prep to continue providing our fellow preppy Americans with free shipping, one free return label per order (for regular priced items), free out going shipping on exchanged items, while continuing to hold as many sales throughout the year while still allowing customer to use additional codes on already marked down items, we simply can't afford to allow customers to return items listed on sale. Now, if you purchase a Barbour jacket for a couple hounded dollars and it doesn't fit due to UK sizing, we can probably make an exception for you to exchange! 

    Q) When will I get my refund?

    A) Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

    Q) How do I return something?

    A) Returns are easy. Simply return all items in their original condition to 1015-A Collier Road, Atlanta, GA 30318. If you are a member, returns are free with the exception of Yeti Coolers by Southern Tide and Lit Coolers. To take advantage of free returns, please email returns[at]countryclubprep[dot]com, and we will send you an electronic shipping label for your package.

    Wrong Items:
    Q) What do I do if I received the wrong item?

    A) If you received the wrong, item please follow the return instructions above.

    Q) What do I do if I received an item I did not order?

    A) Please email us at returns[at]countryclubprep[dot]com and let us know. We’ll be happy to exchange the item free of charge.

    Missing Items:
    Q) I’m missing an item- help!

    A) If you're missing an item from your order, please check the order summary to verify all the items in your order were shipped in the same parcel. At times, we may split your order into multiple shipments (at no additional cost to you) if some of the items that are being shipped are on backorder. When this happens, your order will list the separate shipments. If all of the items are on your order summary, please contact customerservice[at]countryclubprep[dot]com and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

    Damaged Items:
    Q) Why did my item arrive looking like it was shot out of a cannon (i.e., it was DAMAGED)?

    A) We’re not sure, but we’re not happy about it. Please email us at returns[at]countryclubprep[dot]com with the subject heading "Return a damaged item." In the email please provide details about the damage to your item, and tell us if you want to return the item for a refund or receive a replacement item. Then, simply follow the normal procedure for returns.

    Q) Who writes all of the product descriptions on CCP and these FAQs?

    A) Have you seen the episode of The Simpsons when 10,000 monkeys on 10,000 typewriters almost recreate Shakespeare? Well, it’s kind of like that only without the monkeys and with the 3 co-founders of CCP sitting in a basement drinking warm Miller High Life while writing.

    Q) I’ve heard CCP does “random acts of kindness” where it provides expedited shipping, free koozies, free sunglasses, free stickers or other perks – why haven’t I received any of this wonderful swag?

    A) Buy more stuff. Kidding, these random acts are, you know, random, so there’s no rhyme or reason to it, but we always endeavor to provide the best possible customer service experience. Also, check out our membership rewards page.

    Q) Who gives a [expletive deleted] about an oxford comma?

    A) Unclear. Certainly not these guys.

    Q) Are any of the girls in your photos available? Any of the guys?

    A) Probably. We have no idea. We probably could find out, though.

    Q) What should I buy?

    A) We recommend some sort of preppy clothing.

    Q) I don’t see my size. Is there anything I can do to still buy this awesome product?

    A) Yes, often we will be able to special order items for you upon request, even if you don’t see them on our website. These special orders frequently can be received and shipped by us in under a week. Please email us at customerservice[at]countryclubprep[dot]com under the subject “Special Order” to inquire.

    Forgotten Password
    Q) I’ve forgotten my password, but I want to check my membership rewards level so that I can brag to my friends how high my status is – how do I do that?

    A) Use the “forgot your password link” on the sign in page or email us at customerservice[at]countryclubprep[dot]com to reset your password.

    Q) Which credit cards does CCP accept?

    A) We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept checks, cash or money orders.

    Q) Does CCP charge sales tax?

    A) Sales tax will only be added to orders shipping to Georgia, Kentucky, Virginia, and New York. Shipments to any other state will not include sales tax. Sorry fellow Peach-staters. But hey, at least your order will ship quickly. (Also, please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order.)

    Rewards Program:
    Q) What are the benefits of membership in the rewards program?

    A) If you don’t know, then you must not be a member. Sign up now here. The membership rewards are extensive – from free shipping to exclusive deals to free merchandise. You’re not maximizing your preppy shopping experience unless you belong. Visit our membership rewards page to learn more. Plus, we’ve been told that if you’re a member, then on your death bed you’ll achieve total enlightenment. So, you’ve got that going for you. Which is nice.

    Q) Do I need a membership account to make a purchase?

    A) No, you may check-out without creating an account, just click the “Continue Checkout” button to continue to make a purchase as a guest. But, accounts are helpful for those who wish to store billing and shipping information. And, of course, for those who want awesome membership reward benefits.
