    We accept items up to 21 days after original purchase date for a full refund. We accept returns up to 30 days after original purchase date for an even exchange and we accept returns up to 60 days after original purchase date for store credit. Items marked on sale are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit. All items must be unworn and unwashed and in the original packaging. All shoe boxes and custom brand boxes must be included in the return and in the original condition. 
    Nonreturnable items:
    All items listed on sale with a red marked down price will be final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit. Regular priced items that are final sale include: Gift Cards, Food products, Cologne or Perfume, Yeti Coolers,  Lit Coolers, and Stickers. 
    Returns are free but limited to one free return label per order number (final sale items are excluded). Return labels are not provided for APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. All items must be returned via mail to the address: 1015-A Collier Road, Atlanta GA 30318 (this is a fulfillment center not a physical store). 
    Exchanges - Offered up to 30 days from original order date
     All exchanged items must be of equal or lesser price. After the first exchange is conducted on an individual item, the item may be returned a second time at the customer's expense for a store credit only. If requested item is not availble, Country Club Prep will contact the customer via email.
    SALE ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE. Also excluded: Gift Cards, Yeti Coolers, Southern Proper Coolers, Lit Coolers, and Stickers.
    Exchanges w/ discount codes: If you used a promotion code for your purchase and the item was not already marked down, you can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color, or you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. Exchanges ship via regular standard mail.

    Store Credit - Offered up to 60 days from original order date:
    Once the order has been returned and processed, a store credit will be issued for the price paid via email to the email address provided in the order. If the customer paid for shipping, this fee will not be included in the store credit. The Store Credit will be emailed to the customer's email address listed in the order. SALE ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE. Also excluded: Gift Cards, Yeti Coolers, Southern Proper Coolers, Lit Coolers, and Stickers.

    Refunds - Offered up to 21 days from the original order date:
    Once the return is processed, please allow 2 weeks for refund to show in your bank account. If you paid for shipping the shipping cost will not be refunded. If the credit card used to make the purchase expires before the order is returned (this includes the return of damaged or defective items), the only option will be an even exchange or store credit, no exceptions will be made. All refunds will be applied ONLY to the original form of payment. SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE. Also excluded from refunds: Gift Cards, Yeti Coolers, Southern Proper Coolers, Lit Coolers, and Stickers.

    Defective and incorrectly shipped Items:
    All shipped items should be checked immediately upon arrival for any defects and before the item is worn or washed. For items that arrive broken, defective, or items that were shipped incorrectly or are missing from an order, CCP must be notified within 2 weeks from the time the order was delivered and the item must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. CCP will not take responsibility for items damaged due to wear and tear, nor will CCP take responsibility for an items damaged in the wash. Since CCP is a vendor for a number of separately owned brands, if an individual brand provides a warranty for a particular item on their official website, this does NOT mean CCP provides the same warranty for the item listed on CCP's website. Warranty provided by other companies will only be carried over if the brand extends it to CCP.

    How to Conduct a Return:
    •  Step 1. Fill out the electronic form below. You may request a "Refund", "Replacement (exchange), or "Credit" (store credit). For orders purchased using Wanelo or orders placed on Amazon's Official Website the return portal WILL NOT WORK. Please email the following account with the billing name, shipping name, order number, and the item you are requesting to return:
    • Step 2. In the Return Portal below, please include a "#" before your order number (ex. #20120001) and the email address provided in the original order.
    • Step 3. Country Club Prep will either approve or deny your request within 48 hours (weekends and holidays are excluded). DO NOT ship your return without receiving approval.
    • Step 4.Once your return is either approved or denied, you will receive an automated email with instructions on how to continue.

    This Return Portal is for orders that have ALREADY shipped. If your order has not shipped and you want to cancel your order, please contact customerservice@countryclubprep with the subject of the email: “Cancel Order # [and include your order number].” If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to modify the shipping process, and you'll need to refuse delivery or initiate a return when the item arrives. If the customer paid for shipping, the shipping fee will not be refunded. 

    This policy is listed on our website at all times and can be found at the bottom of every page during the checkout process. It is up to the customer to review our policy before submitting an order and by choosing to shop with Country Club Prep, customers agree to all our terms and policies. As a result, Country Club Prep reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
