All orders ship via USPS with a choice of Standard, Priority, or Expedited Shipping. UPS in only offered via overnight shipping. Orders placed before 4pm EST typically ship same day (weekends, holidays and major sales are excluded). All orders placed after 4PM will ship the following business day (holidays and major sales are excluded).
- Standard - ( USPS First Class) is offered free of charge on all orders and most returning mail (for return exclusions see our full Return Policy located on our Return Page). Orders shipping via First Class typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on on how far or close you live to our Fulfillment Center which is located in Atlanta, Ga.
- Priority Mail (USPS) - offered at checkout for additional fee. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days depending on on how far or close you live to our Fulfillment Center which is located in Atlanta, Ga. Items excluded from this shipping method: Lit Coolers, Yeti Coolers.
- Overnight Shipping (UPS) - SATURDAY Delivery NOT GUARANTEED. Offered at checkout for a flat rate of $32. All orders must be placed before 4PM. Our offices are closed on the weekends, so all orders placed after 4PM on a Friday, will ship the following business day. For Saturday delivery, please contact customer service before placing your order. Lit Coolers and Yeti Coolers are excluded.
Country Club Prep is not responsible for packages delayed by the USPS and even with Expedited Shipping, we recommend ordering with the expectation to receive the package a day before the item is “needed”.
International shipping is not offered and due to security purposes, Country Club Prep will not ship to International Shipping Distributors. If an order is placed using an International Distributing Address, the order will canceled.
After an order is shipped, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address provided in the order by the customer. This email will include a USPS issued Tracking Number which will update within 12 hours of receiving the email. If you do not receive the Shipping Confirmation Email within 24 hours of placing your order and it is not in your spam folder (weekends and holidays excluded), please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 1-855-773-7791.
Lost and Stolen Mail:
Country Club Prep is not responsible for any packages stolen or removed from the customer’s property after the order is “Delivered” by the USPS. If the Tracking Number states the order has been “Delivered” but you have not received your package, you will need to contact your local Post Office and provide them with the tracking number. Make sure you request a Case Number for your call. If the Post Office is able to verify the package was “Lost” or “Delivered” incorrectly, contact us within 7 business days from when the Tracking Number claims the package was “Delivered” at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the Post Office is unable to verify the package was delivered incorrectly, Country Country Club Prep will assume the order was stolen or removed from the customer's property and the item order will not be replaced.
Country Club Prep will not take responsibility for lost packages reported after 7 business days from the alleged “Delivery” date provided in the USPS issued Tracking Number nor will Country Club Prep take responsibility for any lost packages without a valid USPS Case Number. No exclusions will be made.
If your Tracking number has not updated after 14 business days from the time the last update was made, please contact us as: Customerservice@countryclubprep.com. From there, we will contact the Post Office on your behalf and file a claim. Please note, Country Club Prep is NOT responsible for delays in sorting or delivering packages after they are picked up from our facility in Atlanta.
