PLEASE REVIEW: IMPORTANT: Orders over $200 will ship via Signature Required (unless requested otherwise). Orders placed before 4pm EST (typically) ship same day (weekends are excluded). Orders placed after 4pm EST usually ship the following business day. The shipping methods provided on Country Club Prep's (CCP) website represent specific shipping methods provided by the mail carrier. The days represent how long it usually takes for a package to arrive after it has shipped. These dates are provided specifically by the mail carrier but they are not 100% guaranteed. For time sensitive packages, please keep in mind holidays, major sales, & extreme or unsafe weather. Once shipped, an order will not be cancelled or refunded due to carrier delays. That being said, CCP will do what we can to make sure your orders are processed as quickly as possible! Country Club Prep will not take responsibility for stolen items. If there is a problem processing your order, a member from our team will reach out to you via email or telephone if provided. While most items ship from our fulfillment center in Atlanta, items may also ship from one of our stores in GA, KY, or VA. 

SHIPPING METHODS: (International shipping is not offered)

  • First Class (USPS) - Free on all orders. Orders will typically arrive within 3- 5 business days. Shipping Dates are provided by the mail carrier but they are not guaranteed. Most Yeti coolers will ship UPS ground. Orders over $200 will ship signature.
  • Priority Mail  (USPS) - Offered at checkout for $9.95. Orders over $85 will be updated for free to priority mail. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Shipping Dates are provided by the mail carrier but they are not guaranteed. Shipping Fees will not be refunded due to delays by the mail carrier. YETI coolers are not eligible for priority and will be shipped UPS ground. 
  • Overnight Shipping (UPS) -  EXCLUDES SATURDAY DELIVERY. Offered at checkout for $35. Orders must be placed before 4PM EST for same day shipping. UPS will not ship to a P.O BOX. All orders placed after 4PM on a Friday will ship the following business day. For possible Saturday delivery, please contact customer service before placing your order. Yeti coolers are not eligible for overnight shipping and will be shipped UPS ground.

TRACKING NUMBERS

After an order ships, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address provided in the order which will include a mail issued tracking number. If you do not see it, please check spam or junk folder. If you have questions regarding your tracking, please email customerservice@countryclubprep.com or call us at 1-855-773-7791.

STOLEN MAIL:

Country Club Prep will not take responsibility from items stolen from a customer's property after it has been delivered to the address provided. If you wish for a package to be shipped signature required, please let us know either prior to placing the order or immediately after. 

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT:

Orders over $200 will ship signature required. If the mail carrier attempts to deliver and there is no one to sign, the package will be taken to your Post Office. From there you can pick up the package. If a package does unclaimed, the mail carrier will issue a "RETURN TO SENDER" and it will be returned to our facility. Orders will not be reshipped, cancelled, or refunded while the Post Office is still in procession of the package. 

MISSING OR LOST MAIL:

If the tracking number states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, contact your local Post Office or carrier and provide them w/ the tracking number. Request a Case Number for your call. If the Carrier is able to verify the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, contact us within 7 business days from when the Tracking Number claims the package was “Delivered”  with your Case Number at customerservice@countryclubprep.com. Country Club Prep will not take responsibility for lost packages reported after 7 business days from the alleged “Delivery” date and will not  take responsibility for any lost packages without a valid USPS Case Number. No exclusions will be made.
