Return Slips can be found on the back of your invoice. If you do not have an invoice or need a new Return Slip, please click on the following PDF link. This link contains shipping directions and other information required for returns.

IMPORTANT:

Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.

All returned items must meet the Return Deadlines listed below.

Items received by our Return Department that do not meet the criteria listed on the Return Slip will not accepted or processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Country Club Prep will pay once to ship an exchanged item back to customer.

RETURN DEADLINES

Refunds: Items must be received within 45 days of the original order date. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment only. Please allow 2 weeks after your return is processed for the refund to show in your bank account. Shipping fees are not refundable. If original form of payment is unavailable, a CCP Store Credit will be issued.

Exchanges: Items must be received within 60 days of the original order date. All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value.

CCP Store Credit: Items much be received within 90 days of the original order date.

(Please note that returns will not be processed without proof of delivery. We recommend asking your mail carrier for a tracking number)

Defective & Incorrectly shipped items:

Country Club Prep must be notified of any defective items prior to the return of such items and within 12 days of the mail delivery date. Notifications must be in the form of email to customerservice@countryclubprep.com identifying the defect and the need of a return or exchange. All defective items must be unworn and unwashed. Any defective, worn, or used item received by our Return Department without prior approval will not be processed or accepted. No exceptions will be made.

For incorrectly shipped items, please email returns@countryclubprep identifying the incorrectly shipped item and the item you did not receive.
