Located in Fort Worth (Texas obviously), Texas Christian University is the only university or college in the world that uses the horned frog as their mascot. The horned frog is the state reptile for the state of Texas. This belt features Texas Christian University's horned frog mascot and TCU logos repeating across the belt. The belt is made entirely from hand stitched needlepoint which is then placed on a full grain, chestnut colored leather backing before being finished with a solid brass buckle.
While TCU may be a smaller school in comparison to other schools in Texas and across the country, that has not stopped them from excelling on and off the field. Famous football players like LaDainian Tomlinson and Andy Dalton played for the Horned Frogs. Actors like Chris Klein (think American Pie character Oz) and Shantel Van Santen also attended Texas Christian university.
